Z.O.N.K. this advice on making a career in music,
"First you must decide if you want a career
in music or show business. If it's show
business--work on your image. If it's music--get
a real estate license."
That said, none of Z.O.N.K. is making a killing in real estate,
but they do strive to put on an entertaining live show.
